I had a rough week at work last week, so of course I did a little Sephora splurging this weekend. And, story of my life, when I got home there was a 15% off coupon in my mail for next weekend. Oh well, more beauty next week. Here’s some of the stuff I’m most excited about that I got:

Bumble and Bumble Surf Foam Wash Shampoo, Surf Creme Rinse Conditioner, and Surf Infusion Spray

I have been a fan of the original Surf Spray from the beginning. I love wearing my hair curly/wavy, but since my hair is naturally straight, going at it with a curling iron all the time can be mega damaging. Surf Spray gives me natural looking waves with minimum effort, and makes me hair smell awesome. It also doesn’t give me that overload-of-product feeling. Recently, Bumble and Bumble released the newest addition to the Surf line, Surf Foam Spray Blow Dry. As you can tell from my review, I LOVED it. My total respect for these two products caused me to buy the rest of the Surf line. I used the shampoo and conditioner yesterday, and they were pretty awesome. I haven’t used Surf Infusion yet, but I plan on wearing my hair wavy tomorrow, so stay tuned.

Fresh Rose Face Mask

This mask has been around for a while, and I’ve read about it countless times in magazines. Everyone says it’s amazing, so I decided to finally man up and spend the money on it. Plus, I got the special anniversary edition with the pretty packaging (I’m a sucker for pretty packaging).

Sephora + Pantone Universe Correct and Conceal Palette

Some beauty trends have no interest for me (I never learned to contour, and I do nearly nothing with my eyebrows). On the other hand, some I can get in to (the vampy brown and purple lipsticks that are everywhere right now). Color Correcting seems like not just the next trend, but a smart thing to get in to. This is not a new thing; I’ve been using small amounts of green to cover up breakouts for a few years now, but this kit is everything. It’s able to color correct almost every type of problem. Now I just have to figure out how to use it…

The rest

The rest was just an eyeliner and a couple lipsticks. And nail polish. Nothing worth its own section.
